Introduction

The new series (ThinkvastTM) includes Motorized PVM Pinch Valve and PPV Proportional Pinch Valve, both of which use motor to drive the movement of the spool, and the operation is stable and the current is small.

PVM series motorized pinch valves are self-locking in both open and closed positions without the need for continuous power to the motor. Cooperating with other unique technologies and designs, it solves many issues caused by the traditional solenoid pinch valves, for example, high energy consumption, high heat generation, large current impact, large electromagnetic interference, large opening and closing noise, unreliable clamping, incomplete loosening, and damage to the hose or tube.

PVM series electric pinch valve includes two control modes: two-wire on-off control and four-wire isolation control. The two-wire system is powered on and off to control the opening and closing of the valve, which can be directly compared to the ordinary solenoid pinch valve. Four-wire isolation control optically isolates the drive power supply and control signal, which is convenient for direct control by the digital output port of the control card, single-chip microcomputer, PLC, etc.

PVM192A Series

It’s a two-wire electric pinch valve, which uses a motor to drive the valve core to move, and the valve is controlled by the power supply on and off, which can be directly compared to the ordinary solenoid pinch valve.

1. Motion principle
PVM192A series electric pinch valve uses a motor to drive the spool movement, running smoothly with low current, and has a self-locking function in both the loosened and closed positions without continuously supplying power to the motor.

2. Control method
PVM192A series electric pinch valve is a two-wire on-off control method, the valve is opened and closed by power supply on-off, which can be directly compared to ordinary solenoid pinch valve.

3. Voltage range
This series electric pinch valve has a built-in power management module, which can accept an ultra-wide supply voltage range of 9V~24V, no need to select the voltage.

4. Size
This series electric pinch valve, corresponding to the maximum outer diameter of the clampable tube is 4mm. Has a standard head diameter of 0.75 inches for easy replacement installation on existing solenoid pinch valves. At the same time, the PVM 192A series electric pinch valve is small in size and provides a variety of installation methods and installation accessories, which is convenient for customers to design and integrate.

5. Safety performance
It has an innovative clamping gap adjustment mechanism, which makes this series of valves adaptable to hoses of various wall thicknesses and thicknesses, so as to achieve reliable clamping, softness and no damage to the hose. Meanwhile, multiple sealing rings are used to achieve waterproof and dustproof. The internal circuits are all solid-state devices and use non-contact sensing to open and close the position, which is long-lasting and reliable.
