Product Description

Polytetrafluoroethylene is called the king of plastics, and its English trade name is Teflon or PTFE. It has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing, high lubrication and non-stickiness, electrical insulation, good anti-aging ability, and excellent temperature resistance. PTFE itself is not toxic to humans.

Physical properties

The operating temperature is -51~250℃, allowing for rapid cooling and heating, or alternating hot and cold operations.

The surface has good non-stick properties, and no known solid materials can adhere to the surface. It is a solid material with the smallest surface energy. It has good climate tolerance, good radiation resistance and low permeability, and its surface and performance remain unchanged after long-term exposure to the atmosphere.

Chemical properties

PTFE is one of the best corrosion-resistant materials in the world today. Except for molten alkali metals and liquid fluorine, it is resistant to all other chemicals. It is widely used in various occasions that require resistance to strong acids, alkalis and organic solvents.
