Our Z20 series of electric rotary valves (multi-port dispensing valves) use encoders to collect signals and rely on stepping motors for control. They are widely used in automatic parts for sample collection, liquid injection or flow conversion.


Features

1. PTFE valve core: corrosion-resistant, self-lubricating, and suitable for a variety of special media;

2. Drive integration: The valve body motor control circuit is integrated inside, and the host can communicate with the controller through the RS232/RS485 protocol;

3. Resistance to strong chemical corrosion: Only the valve body and valve core are in contact with the medium, and the valve body is made of special fluoroplastics, which can be applied to various corrosive liquids;

4. Wide selection: various switching valves from 6 to 16 ports are available;

5. Sealing method: the stator and the rotor are closely attached to achieve the highest service life and excellent sealing;

6. Drive mode: direct motor drive, more accurate positioning and higher precision;

Flow path selection and mixing

This selection/mixing injection valve can be used for precisely repeated bi-directional flow paths. For example, the common port in the middle of a 10-port injection valve can be connected to any other 10 outlets, or 10 separate inlets can be connected to a common outlet (Similarly for 6-port, 8-port, 12-port and 16-port valves).

*The COM terminal is a public channel, which can be selectively connected to ports 1~16.

Liquid path selection and mixing, for example, the same liquid flows to different ports to achieve the distribution effect, or multiple liquids flow to the outlet together to achieve the mixing effect.
